WHAT CAN YOU DO NOW?
How on earth can YOU remain HIV-negative in "todays world" of failed HIV messages and lack of support? It's easy, just follow these basic, common sense tips:
1) GET TESTED for HIV every month or every 3 months. It's as easy as getting an annual check-up or stopping by on your way to the barber or hair salon. Simply add the HIV test to your check up, and add a quick stop to get tested before or after your appointment with the barber / hair salon.
2) COMMUNICATE your test results with others. You family, friends, loved ones and sex partners are your FIRST line of support and your alies. If this fails, you always have me and this website to help empower you. I may not always have the best or "right" answer, but your local HIV agency does NOT have HIV-negative only Support services.
3) HAVE SAFE SEX WITH OTHER HIV-negative PEOPLE. As you communicate your HIV status with others, you will automatically create social / sexual "support networks" based on this communication efforts, this will help you to know who is SERIOUS about HIV prevention and who is not.
To help support YOUR efforts to remain HIV-negative WITHOUT expensive medications and their harmful side effects, this site, the members, my educational videos and ME will be here for you as best as we can. This is more than a Social / Support website, it's HOPE and EMPOWERMENT.
